Terms and Conditions
The Bedrock Acquisitions Referral Program makes it easy to share what Bedrock Acquisitions has to offer with your friends, family, neighbors, colleagues and get rewarded at the same time. For each of your referrals who end up with new properties and paying an acquisition fee to Bedrock Acquisitions, you will be eligible for up to $1000 cash ($250 per house for each of their first four acquisition fees paid). The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Program:
Referral Bonus
A “Referral Bonus” of $250 USD is earned by the “Referrer”, the individual who refers the future client. The Referral Bonus is earned on each of the first four acquisition fees the “Referred” pays following new acquisition fees paid to Bedrock Acquisitions. The “Referral Bonus” is paid only on the first four acquisition fees paid by the “Referred”, with a maximum total of $1000.00 However, the $1000 maximum is available to you for each of your referrals that do end up paying new acquisition fees to Bedrock Acquisitions.
If, for example, you refer five individuals who then begin paying acquisition fees on their new properties to Bedrock Acquisitions, you could earn up to $5000! To elaborate how easy this can be, The referral of one friend who ends up selling a rental property valued at $1,000,000 in the California market, could likely result with that friend being able to turn around and purchase 3-4 rental properties in one of our well-researched markets, and all while increasing their cash flow substantially!
Once the “Referred” begins paying acquisition fees to Bedrock Acquisitions, the “Referrer” will be notified. The “Referrer” should receive the Referral Bonus within 60 days of the payment of said fees (If not sooner!).
Eligibility
The “Referrer” and the “Referred” must be 18 years old or older.
The “Referred” must indicate the name of the “Referrer” at either the time of initial contact or before paying any acquisition fees to Bedrock Acquisitions.
The “Referred” may not have been a previous client of Bedrock Acquisitions.
Should multiple people attempt to refer the same individual, only one “Referrer” will receive the bonus. This decision will be left up to the buyer (“Referred”).
You cannot refer yourself or your spouse.
We may need proof of ID of both the “Referred” and the “Referrer”.
Taxes
The value of the referral reward may be counted as taxable income. We may be required to send you a Form 1099-MISC and file it with the IRS. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the Referral Bonus.
Termination
Bedrock Acquisitions reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time at its sole discretion. Bedrock Acquisitions also reserves the right to modify, substitute or terminate any Referral Bonus at its reasonable discretion.
