Jeremy Watson

Founding partner, CEO

An entrepreneur from birth, Jeremy Watson has started 12 separate companies in the last 25 years and consulted with dozens more. With his passion being in real estate, Jeremy has bought and flipped rental properties and consulted on over 100 long term rentals in the last 15 years.

After 10 years as a financial adviser, consulting on over 300 Million in wealth, Jeremy kept seeing a problem with people’s rental portfolios. To address these problems for his clients, he sat down with the CEOs of over 12 different real estate investment firms, but wasn’t finding the solution his clients needed.

As a result, he founded Bedrock Investment Property, declining the position of CEO for Stockchain global. Bedrock offers clients a chance to invest in profitable turn-key real estate in markets where the numbers make sense, while at the same time it offers to deal with the day-to-day headaches. Jeremy’s greatest talent is creating business models that place the motivations of his team alongside the motivations of his clients creating value for both.

With his free time you will find Jeremy sitting around a kitchen table talking and spending time with his family and friends, playing board games, or occasionally on a racketball court or traveling the world.

Anthony Andelin

Founding partner, COO

Anthony is one of the most optimistic people you will meet. Growing up, his mother had cancer five times, and was in the hospital 35 times in her last 32 years of life. Never did she once complain about her circumstances. She always looked for the positive in any situation. Anthony applied that same positivity in his life. At the age of 22, he was in a severe car accident that left him spending eight months in physical therapy learning how to walk again. He believes firmly with the right attitude, team, work ethic, and plan, you can overcome any challenge in life.

Anthony has extensive experience working with clients in many different financial backgrounds. He has worked as a finance manager, a loan officer, a business consultant, real estate project manager and financial services producer. He has worked with over 3100 clients one on one with net worths ranging from negative one million dollars to clients with over thirty million of assets. His clients have purchased over 1700 properties in the last 10 years and have invested over $300 million into single-family homes. He brings a diverse range of experiences to the Bedrock team that allows his clients to create wealth in all areas of their lives.

During his life, he has experienced trials with his mother, who could not get life insurance because of her health history, a house fire, a major car accident, being disabled and losing his income, a short sale, and other experiences. You might not ever experience these types of life events, but if you do we do not want them to derail the plan that you are building for yourself. Each client and family is a new puzzle with different destinations, different starting points, and different obstacles to navigate around. I love working with clients to solve their puzzle on how to improve their financial lives.
Anthony met his wife in Provo, Ut. They have been married for almost 14 years. They have a son who is 10, a daughter who is 7 and a son who is 3. Anthony loves doing anything with them. Their favorite place to travel to is St. George to explore all that Southern Utah has to offer. Anthony loves to play horrible golf, travel, and cook.

Boe Juarez

VP of Business Development

Having worked with Jeremy in a previous business, they were able to hop back into a very familiar rhythm of moving a business forward.

Has more than 10 years experience working directly with multiple business owners, across multiple industries, helping them develop systems, project managing teams and build and implement sales systems.

Using Agile Development methodology, Boe is the Chief Engineer of the systems that run Bedrock Investment Property’s onboarding, data management,  reporting and analytic systems. On top of this, he also leads and develops our marketing team’s goals and strategies. 

During the last 3 years, Boe has been taking his time exploring Europe and Central & South America.

James Greco

VP of Operations

VP of Operations at Bedrock Investment Property, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in entrepreneurship. He has over five years in the business finance sector mainly creating businesses for clients, managing their accounting, building systems to streamline and automate financial reports and day-to-day accounting, and implementing tax strategies to maximize profits. He brings extensive experience and expertise to help organizations succeed. With a proven track record of success in leading financial operations, driving business growth, and streamlining processes through automation, he has a solid foundation to support strategic initiatives and optimize business outcomes for Bedrock and its clients. James has helped set up over 20 businesses for entrepreneurs while starting 3 businesses for himself. He has a passion for Real Estate, is a partner in a North Carolina real estate company, and is currently flipping the house he is living in to turn it into an investment property.

James loves traveling and hockey in his free time. He has a goal to visit every national park and is currently at 26 of the 63 national parks with his favorite park so far being Glacier. His favorite activity is to find the highest cliff and sit on the edge. The Carolina Hurricanes is his favorite hockey team, has been to over 100 NHL games, and played club hockey for 12 years.

Tyler Bennett

Chief Acquisitions Officer

Tyler has been actively involved in Real Estate since 2004.  He holds current licenses in Mortgage, Real Estate, and Insurance.  He started off in real estate as a loan officer, personally producing over $350M in loan volume and going on to manage over three times that amount done by his teams.  More recently, over the last eleven years Tyler has focused his efforts helping clients acquire investment properties. 

He enjoys identifying markets and setting up teams and systems to help locate, acquire, rehab, and manage these properties.  In addition, Tyler personally owns over a dozen rental properties and definitely “practices what he preaches”.  In all, he has helped clients purchase over 4,000 investment properties and looks forward to the next 4,000. 

Tyler also owns an award-winning Day Spa and Salon with his wife, where they employ over 100 individuals.  When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys everything sports with his four children and wife.  Most evening and weekends in the summer you can find him on a softball or baseball field – and if not there, out on his boat on the lake.

Andra Stowe

Executive Assistant

Andra Stowe, executive assistant for Bedrock Investment Property, is an educator-turned targeted marketing specialist with a passion for excellent customer service. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in the field of education and has since spent 25 years in the fields of education, marketing, project management and customer service. Putting techniques from each field into consistent practice has led to success and unique best practices in each business venture. No matter what the task, Mrs. Stowe works to empower those in her organization and encourage an environment of ongoing education. By doing this, she is able to assist companies in attaining desired company culture, meet key metrics and ensure that customer satisfaction is always at the forefront of every interaction
